1. Who we are

InviteByLink is operated by Become Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 2915 Ogletown Rd, Newark, DE 19713, USA. Contact: invitebylink@gmail.com.

InviteByLink lets you build a baby shower website and publish it for a one-time payment. These terms are the agreement between you and us. By using InviteByLink, you accept them. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

2. Who can use InviteByLink

You must be 18 or older. InviteByLink is available to customers in the United States.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a link we send you. There's no password to create.

That link gives access to managing your website, so keep control of your email account. If you think someone else has access to it, email us.

4. What you're buying

One baby shower website for one event, for $29, paid once. There's no subscription and nothing renews.

Your $29 includes your choice of theme, your event details, your message, an RSVP built into the theme, your registry link, a contact for guests, and one link to share.

How long it stays online. Your website stays online for at least one year after your shower date. We'll email you at least 30 days before we take it offline. If you'd like it offline sooner, email invitebylink@gmail.com and we'll take it down. We delete its RSVP replies within 30 days after it goes offline.

5. Changes after publishing

You can build and preview your whole website for free, and change anything you like, right up until you publish.

After publishing, you can't change it yourself. If something isn't right, email invitebylink@gmail.com and we'll correct your details for free.

6. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe. Your total, including any tax, is shown before you pay. We never see or store your card number.

A code can lower the price, including to $0. Each code is single-use and has no cash value.

7. Your content

What you write stays yours. You give us permission to host and display it so we can provide the service — that's all we use it for.

You confirm you have the right to publish the information you add about other people: your co-hosts, your guests, and the child the shower celebrates.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use InviteByLink for anything illegal, to impersonate someone else, or in a way that breaks someone else's rights. We can take down a website that breaks this rule.

9. Your link is not a password

Anyone who receives your link can open your website and pass it on. We ask search engines not to list it, but a link is not a password. Share it the way you'd share an invitation.

10. What belongs to us

The themes, illustrations, fonts, wording and code are ours. You're welcome to use them through the service. You can't extract them, resell them, or reuse them somewhere else.

11. Availability

We work to keep InviteByLink running, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, and we sometimes need to take it down for maintenance.

If we ever have to close InviteByLink before the period in section 4 ends, we'll email you at least 60 days in advance, and send you your RSVP list on request.

12. Suspension

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

13. Warranties and liability

InviteByLink is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.

Our liability to you is limited to what you paid us — $29. This doesn't cover fraud or anything we do deliberately, and nothing here limits that.

Some states don't allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you. Changes never apply retroactively to a website you have already paid for.

15. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.
